These terms are an agreement between you and [ENTITY: legal name TBD — see FUL-96] (“Deuce”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the Deuce app.

By creating an account or making a booking, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Deuce.

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين [ENTITY: legal name TBD — see FUL-96] («Deuce») بشأن استخدامك للتطبيق.

وبإنشاء حساب أو إتمام حجز فإنك تقبلها. وإن لم تقبلها فلا تستخدم Deuce.

Deuce is a booking platform. Deuce is not a tennis venue.

This distinction decides who is responsible for what, so it is worth being blunt about it:

• The courts belong to independent venues. We do not own, operate, staff, maintain or inspect any of them.
• Your booking is an agreement between you and the venue. We arrange it and take the deposit; we are not a party to it.
• The venue is responsible for the court being available, open, in usable condition, and as described.
• We are responsible for the app: for taking your booking correctly, passing it to the venue, handling your deposit correctly, and for the points balance we hold for you.

If a venue closes, double-books, changes its prices or turns you away, that is the venue’s failure, not ours — but see §5.3, because we do not intend to leave you to argue with them alone.

Deuce منصة حجز، وليس ناديًا للتنس.

• الملاعب مملوكة لأندية مستقلة. لا نملكها ولا نديرها ولا نصونها ولا نفحصها.
• حجزك اتفاق بينك وبين النادي. نحن نرتّبه ونحصّل المقدَّم، ولسنا طرفًا فيه.
• النادي مسؤول عن توافر الملعب وفتحه وصلاحيته ومطابقته للوصف.
• نحن مسؤولون عن التطبيق: تسجيل حجزك بشكل صحيح، ونقله إلى النادي، والتعامل مع مقدَّمك، ورصيد نقاطك لدينا.

• You must be at least 18 years old. [TBD: confirm with legal — the app has no age gate, so this is currently unenforceable in practice.]
• Give accurate information, and keep it accurate.
• One account per person.
• Your account is yours. Do not share your login. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.

The 30% is fixed. It is not set by the venue and it does not vary by venue, court or time.

The balance is settled directly with the venue. [TBD: confirm whether venues must accept the balance in cash, by card, or both — see FUL-113 / FUL-114.]

We show you the slots a venue has opened for booking through Deuce. A venue is supposed to block anything it has booked elsewhere, but we have no way to enforce that and no way to detect it.

So: a slot showing as free in the app is our best information, not a guarantee. It is possible — uncommon, but possible — to book a slot that has already gone. If that happens, §5.3 applies.

نعرض لك المواعيد التي أتاحها النادي للحجز عبر Deuce. ويُفترض بالنادي أن يغلق ما حجزه في مكان آخر، لكننا لا نملك وسيلة لفرض ذلك ولا لاكتشافه.

لذا فإن ظهور موعد متاحًا هو أفضل معلوماتنا لا ضمانًا. ومن الممكن — نادرًا — أن تحجز موعدًا سبق شغله، وعندها ينطبق البند ٥.٣.

We know this is unusual, and we would rather you learn it here than at the moment you cancel. The venue keeps the deposit — the slot was held for you and the venue turned other players away for it. What comes back to you is credit against your next booking.

You get back points equal to the deposit you paid: 1 point = 1 EGP.

If you want your money back rather than credit, do not book.

نعلم أن هذا غير معتاد، ونفضّل أن تعرفه هنا لا لحظة الإلغاء. يحتفظ النادي بالمقدَّم لأن الموعد حُجز لك ورُفض غيرك من أجله، وما يعود إليك رصيدٌ لحجزك القادم. وتستردّ نقاطًا مساوية للمقدَّم المدفوع: نقطة واحدة = جنيه مصري واحد.

إن كنت تريد استرداد أموالك لا رصيدًا، فلا تحجز.

You can cancel an upcoming booking from My Bookings at any time before it starts. Cancelling cancels the whole session for that court on that date, not one hour of it.

There is currently no minimum notice period — cancelling ten minutes before your slot works exactly like cancelling ten days before, and returns the same points either way.

[TBD: no cancellation window or tiered-refund policy has been defined — this is FUL-92 and it is unresolved. The clause above describes what the app actually does today. If a policy is introduced, this section must be rewritten AND users told, because it changes terms they already accepted.]

يمكنك إلغاء أي حجز قادم من حجوزاتي في أي وقت قبل بدايته. ويلغي ذلك الجلسة كاملةً لذلك الملعب في ذلك اليوم لا ساعة منها.

ولا توجد حاليًا مهلة إشعار مسبق: الإلغاء قبل عشر دقائق كالإلغاء قبل عشرة أيام، ويعيد القدر نفسه من النقاط.

If the venue cannot honour your booking — it closed, it double-booked, the court is unusable — you get your deposit back as money, not as points.

That is the difference between you changing your mind and the venue failing to deliver, and the two should not be treated the same. Contact [email protected] and we will arrange it.

[TBD: this commitment needs an operational process behind it before publication — who decides the venue failed, how a card refund is actually issued through Paymob, and within what period. None of that exists yet.]

إذا تعذّر على النادي تنفيذ حجزك — أغلق، أو حجز مزدوجًا، أو كان الملعب غير صالح — يُردّ مقدَّمك أموالًا لا نقاطًا.

هذا هو الفرق بين تغييرك رأيك وإخفاق النادي في التنفيذ، ولا ينبغي معاملتهما سواءً. راسل [email protected] وسنرتّب ذلك.

• You earn points on every booking: 10% of the booking total, rounded down.
• Points are redeemed against the deposit at checkout, at 1 point = 1 EGP.
• Cancelling returns the deposit as points (§5.1).
• Points have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred to another user, or exchanged for money.
• Points are lost when you delete your account. Your balance is deleted with your profile and cannot be restored. If you have a balance you care about, spend it before deleting.
• We may change how points are earned or redeemed, or end the scheme. [TBD: state a notice period, and what happens to balances if it ends. Points already earned are arguably a liability that cannot simply be cancelled — needs legal input.]

• تكسب نقاطًا مع كل حجز: ١٠٪ من إجمالي الحجز، مع تقريب الكسر لأسفل.
• تُستخدم النقاط لخصم المقدَّم عند الدفع بواقع نقطة واحدة = جنيه واحد.

• يجوز لنا تعديل طريقة كسب النقاط أو استخدامها أو إنهاء النظام. [TBD: مهلة الإخطار ومصير الأرصدة.]

• Follow the venue’s rules — its opening hours, dress code, equipment rules, guest rules and conduct rules are its own.
• Arrive on time. A court held for you is a court someone else could not book.
• You play at your own risk. Tennis is physical activity; we do not provide medical, fitness or safety supervision, and we do not inspect courts.
• Damage you cause at a venue is between you and the venue.

• التزم بقواعد النادي: مواعيده وزيّه ومعدّاته وقواعد الضيوف والسلوك.
• احضر في موعدك؛ فالملعب المحجوز لك ملعبٌ لم يستطع غيرك حجزه.
• تلعب على مسؤوليتك. التنس نشاط بدني، ولا نقدّم إشرافًا طبيًا أو رياضيًا أو أمنيًا، ولا نفحص الملاعب.
• ما تُحدثه من أضرار في النادي شأن بينك وبينه.

• Harassment, threats, intimidation or abuse
• Hate speech, or attacks on someone for who they are
• Sexual content, and any sexual approach to a minor
• Spam, scams, or advertising
• Impersonating someone else
• Sharing another person’s private information
• Anything illegal under Egyptian law

Every place you can encounter another user, you can report them and block them.

• Blocking is immediate and takes effect both ways: neither of you sees the other’s profile, messages, games or reviews.
• Reporting sends it to us for review.

في كل موضع تلتقي فيه مستخدمًا آخر يمكنك الإبلاغ عنه وحظره.

• الحظر فوري ويسري في الاتجاهين: لا يرى أيٌّ منكما ملف الآخر أو رسائله أو مبارياته أو تقييماته.
• الإبلاغ يُحيل الأمر إلينا للمراجعة.

That is a commitment, not an aspiration — the app tells users the same thing, in both languages, at the moment they report. These terms match it deliberately.

Depending on what we find, we may remove the content, warn the account, restrict it, or close it. We keep a copy of reported content so it can still be reviewed if the original is deleted first — the privacy policy explains this in §6.

[TBD: there is no rota, no alerting and no assignment behind the moderation queue today. Either build one or change both this clause and the app’s wording — a published 24-hour promise nobody is on the hook for is a liability. See FUL-58.]

وهذا التزام لا أمنية: يقول التطبيق الشيء نفسه بالعربية والإنجليزية لحظة الإبلاغ، وهذه الشروط تطابقه عن قصد.

وبحسب ما نجده قد نحذف المحتوى أو ننبّه الحساب أو نقيّده أو نغلقه. ونحتفظ بنسخة من المحتوى المُبلَّغ عنه ليظل قابلًا للمراجعة إن حُذف الأصل — وتشرح سياسة الخصوصية ذلك في بندها السادس.

What you write is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it was meant for — your messages to their recipients, your reviews on the venue’s page — for as long as you keep it in the app. Nothing more.

We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

ما تكتبه ملكك. وتمنحنا إذنًا بتخزينه وعرضه على من كُتب لهم — رسائلك لمستقبليها، وتقييماتك على صفحة النادي — ما دام باقيًا في التطبيق، ولا شيء أكثر من ذلك.

لا نستخدم محتواك في الإعلانات ولا نبيعه.

• Review venues you have actually been to.
• Say what you thought. Do not post reviews that are paid for, traded, written on behalf of a venue, or written to damage a competitor.
• We may remove reviews that break §8.1.
• A review is your opinion, not ours.

قيّم الأندية التي زرتها فعلًا، وقل رأيك بصدق. ولا تنشر تقييمات مدفوعة أو متبادلة أو مكتوبة نيابةً عن نادٍ أو للإضرار بمنافس. ويجوز لنا حذف ما يخالف البند ٨.١. والتقييم رأي صاحبه لا رأينا.

Your side

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. It is immediate. Two things to know first, both explained in the privacy policy:

• Your points are deleted with it.
• Your bookings are kept in anonymised form, so the venue keeps its record.

If your account owns a venue, you cannot delete it in the app — write to support and we will transfer ownership first.

Our side

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, particularly §8.1; if you use Deuce fraudulently or to harm someone; or if we are required to by law.

Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first. We will not do that where the account is being used to harm someone.

[TBD: define whether an appeal route exists. There is no process today.]

If we close your account: unused points are lost, and confirmed future bookings are [TBD: decide — honoured, or cancelled and refunded how? This has a direct financial consequence for the user and must be answered before publication.]

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الحساب ← حذف الحساب، والحذف فوري. وقبل ذلك اعلم أن نقاطك تُحذف معه، وأن حجوزاتك تبقى مُجهَّلة ليحتفظ النادي بسجلّه. وإذا كان حسابك يملك ناديًا فلا يمكن حذفه من التطبيق — راسل الدعم لنقل الملكية أولًا.

يجوز لنا إيقاف حسابك أو إغلاقه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، ولا سيما البند ٨.١، أو استخدمت Deuce في الاحتيال أو الإضرار بالآخرين، أو إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك. وسنخبرك بالسبب ونتيح لك الردّ متى أمكن ذلك على نحو معقول، إلا إذا كان الحساب يُستخدم للإضرار بشخص ما.

We are responsible for providing the app with reasonable care, for taking and passing on your bookings correctly, for handling your deposit correctly, and for the points balance we hold for you.

We are not responsible for the venue’s performance: whether the court is open, usable, as described, or available when you get there. Nor for injury, loss or damage arising at a venue. Nor for what other users say or do.

We do not promise the app is always available or error-free.

[TBD: a limitation and cap on liability belongs here. It has deliberately NOT been drafted — a badly-drafted or overreaching limitation clause is typically unenforceable, and consumer protection law limits what can be excluded regardless. This needs a lawyer. Do not copy one from another app’s terms.]
